Egressive Drupal hosting for your domains, websites, and email needs is available on our Christchurch-based LAMP servers. Our hosting systems are particularly suited for running web applications based on the widely used PHP scripting language and using the MySQL database such as the many web applications Egressive develops, on the outstanding Drupal framework.
Egressive's Drupal Hosting plans are aimed at experienced Drupal developers. They provides a well tuned hosting plaform on which a competent Drupal developer can easily install Drupal, but it does not provide an installed and configured Drupal system for an end user. If you are not a Drupal developer but want an "out-of-the-box" Drupal environment, please contact us to discuss our Standard Drupal Package.
We do not attempt to compete on a cost basis with commodity hosting providers in the US - we focus on providing a personal service, backed by substantial technical expertise.

Please note:
- all prices are in NZ Dollars and exclude GST
- Setup is free for an agreed minimum of 6 months hosting. For shorter terms, setup is $200.00 + GST.
- Diskspace usage and monthly data transfer are measured in MB (megabytes) and GB (gigabytes) (1000 MB = 1.0 GB).
- If your requirements are at the high-end of our hosting offerings, you should also consider our option for managed hosting on dedicated server hardware. This is ideal for larger or heavily customised sites or specialist applications - Price on application.
- We can also provide you with turn-key, general or special purpose in-house hosting infrastructure - see our Open For Business Server.
- We can accommodate most secure (SSL) hosting certificates with a separate IP address, but this carries an additional set-up charge and may incur additional monthly charges.
Features
All of our Hosting Plans feature the following:
- Egressive provides authoritative DNS hosting for your business domain name
- Shell account access to our servers via Secure Shell (ssh) and/or Secure FTP (sftp or scp) to alter your content
- Access to PHP5 scripting interpreter for dynamic websites.
- Access to MySQL database engine (2 MySQL databases for Drupal are included. Additional blocks of 2 databases: $8/month + GST) - PostgreSQL is also available (additional $15/month + GST per 2 databases)
- All Email services feature AntiSpam and AntiVirus filtering
- Download your email via Secure POP3, or store it on our servers and access it via Secure IMAP
- Access your email securely from anywhere via secure Webmail
- Aspects of account are user configurable through a web-accessible control panel, like changing passwords, usernames, and creating email and domain forwarding assignments
- User configurable "vacation" email setup
- Regular automatic backups (website files nightly, website databases hourly)
- Web statistics - both AWStats and Webalizer (updated daily)

Terms:
- All hosting billed monthly, quarterly or yearly in advance.
- Account contacts will receive notification if their account exceeds disk space or data transfer allotments.
- If any usage allotments are exceeded, accounts will receive one month's grace to reduce usage. If thresholds are exceeded in subsequent months, however, the account will automatically be shifted to next higher Hosting Plan and be invoiced at that new rate from that month forward. Similarly, accounts will automatically be shifted to the next lower Hosting Plan if usages is consistently below the thresholds for that plan.
